1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective seals intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons:
- Custom-made, personalized, or clearance/sale items.
- Opened or used personal care and hygiene products.
- Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos or a short video showing the issue along with your order number.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Care team via Email or WhatsApp with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Once your request is approved, package the item securely in its original packaging.
- Send the item back via a trackable courier service to the address provided by our support team. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error).
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
